The aim - to determine pathogenetic significance of abnormality chromosome heterogeneities in forming biologocal signs of hemopoietic clones with different stage hemopoietc neoplasias in cheldren. Methods - cytogenetic, morphological, clinician . Results - lower frequency of normal karyotypes, higher frequency of chromosomal sbnormalities evolution were established. In type rearrangements more often meet deletions and translocations. Translocation more often were registrated to 2 years group with AL. Additional abnormalities in clone with t(9;22) or out it have unfavourable prognostic significance in CML.
