Purpose of work - to promote efficacy of etiotropical treatment of patients with CLL as a result of improvement of the ICC diagnostics and early prognostication of development of sepsis. Methods of researches: clinical, haematological, microbiological, immunological. In 89,0 % patients with CLL prevail the IIC respiratory tracts, 30 % cases of which have inexpressive physical symptomatice. Agents of sepsis, pneumonia, pleurisy, bronchitis, otitis, maxillary sinusitis, mucositis the microorganisms of gg.Staphylococcus, Enterococcus, Сandida, Streptococcus, Corynebacterium; composes a less particle Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Moraxella catarrhalis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes have been identificated. Firmacuty gg.Listeria, Actinomyces became the agents of listerosis and meningitis and actinomycosis. Certain markers of cytomegalovirus infection (92,1% of patients), herpesvirus (94,7%) and the Epstein-Barr infections (26,3%). There are the certain diagnostic markers IIC in patients with CLL from separate clinical, microbiological and immunological indexes. The in good time conducted etiotropical therapy is instrumental in liquidation of infectiously-inflammatory focus in 74,0 % patients, that allowed effectively and in good time to conduct the courses of chemotherapy and avoid the protracted process of treatment.
