The optimal parameters of sterilization of solutions of anti-virus means are established. The methods of preclinical control and determination of anti-virus properties of coompounds are elaborated and compatible in the system of in vitro. A clinical-epizootological inspection of calfs is conducted on dairy farms in Zhytomyr region. Identified etiologic agents that cause gastrointestinal infections in calves (serological group of pathogenic E.coli - 66,4% of the samples, bovine rotavirus - in 30,5% of samples, salmonella - in 3,1% of samples). Coliinfection as monoinfection detected in 59,6% of cases of rotavirus disease - in 16.5% of cases and their associated course - in 34,6% of cases. The set difference is in the flow of the associated gastroenteric infections of calfs, got from cows-mothers with different serum status in relation to a leucosis. Serum typification of pathogenic E.coli is conducted. Proved efficiency and worked out the chart of application of preparation of "Combipheron" at a flow associated coli- and rotavirus infections of calfs to 20-daily age in groups, got from RID-negative and RID-positive on a leucosis cows. Set reduction of calfs treatment term with preparation "Combipheron" on the average on a 3 days (as compared to other, by the traditional method of treatment) at the associated flow of coli-rotavirus infection of calfs.
