The work purpose is working out of technology of application of microbic preparations, as means of improvement of a phosphoric food flax-dolguntsa in the conditions of the limited maintenance with mineral (phosphoric) fertilizers. Methods of researches - the standard methods of microbiological, agrochemical, field researches and the mathematical statistics. As a result conducted researches are established that cells of bacteria P. polymyxa KB show natural resistance to fungicides: Vitavaks 200, Vitavaks 200FF, to Maxim 025 FS, Vintsit 050 CS and incecticide Kruizer 350 FS. Certain viability of cells P. polymyxa KB in suspension with Vintsit 050 CS, Vitavaks 200, Vitavaks 200FF, Maxim 025 FS, Kruizer 350 FS. Thus bacteria keep agronomic valuable properties, being in a mix. It is established that throughout three months on the bacterized seeds of flax-dolguntsa remains enough of viable cells remains P. polymyxa KB (it is more than 200 thousand / a seed) which is necessary for effective bacterization. In the conditions of a microfield experiment on dernovo-podsolic soil it is shown get accustomed introducing bacteria P. polymyxa KB in rhizosphere flax-dolguntsa. The developed technology of joint application of Polymyxobakterin with simultaneous treatment flax-dolguntsa seeds fungicsdes: Vintsit 050 CS, Vitavaks 200, Vitavaks 200FF, Maxim 025 FS and insecticides: Cruiser 350 FS. Bacterization of flax-dolguntsa Polymyxobakterin positively influences on microbalcenosis soils and provides high degree of mobility of phosphates in soil which promotes an additional phosphoric food of plants. In the conditions of Polesye in field experiments on permanent establishment of Chernigov Institute AIP NAAS of Ukraine, the Volynsk Institute AIP it is investigated that application polymyxobacterin assists in modern technologies of cultivation of flax-dolguntsa to increase in productivity of straws from 8,7 % to 38,1 %, seeds from 11,0 % to 30,1 % and to improvement of a fytosanitory condition of plants. Defeat of plants flax-dolguntsa such illnesses as fusariose, anthracnose, the rust and bacteriosis decreases in 1,5-2,0 times. It is established that bacterization of seeds of flax-dolguntsa more effective against without fertilizers and intensive technology of cultivation with entering of mineral fertilizers into dose N20P40K60 and N60P60K60. The received results of efficiency of bacterization of seeds of flax-dolguntsa testify that cultivation of this culture against N20P40K60 + bacterization by Polymyxobakterin is equated to entering into soil N60P60K60. In the conditions of Polesye application of a microbic preparation of Polymyxobakterin in technologies of cultivation of flax-dolguntsa is microbiological means (or agronomical reception) for improvement of a phosphoric food of plants, increase of productivity of production and improvement of a fytosanitory condition of crops of this culture.
