As a result of carrying out of analytical selection are received and transmitted in a collection of useful soil microorganisms of Institute new active phosphatemobilizing bacteria which actively dissolve mineralphosphates (Ca3(PO4)2, AlPO4, FePO4) and organophosphates (calcium glicerophosphate C3H5(OH)2PO4Ca) which are capable to produce organic acids and phosphatase which leads to dissolution of mineral for plants mineral and organic phosphates of soil and substance auxin, gibberellin and cytokinin the nature. It is researched resistance of cells of bacteria to protectants seeds of agricultural crops. It is work out the way of bacterization of seeds by phosphatemobilizing preparations [patent №76153 Ukraine]. In the conditions of a field experiment on lugovo-chornozemnoj leached to soil it is revealed that bacterization of seeds of wheat winter grades Half-Essky phosphatemobilizing bacteria provides with high degree of mobility of phosphates in rhizosphere and in listvenno-stebelnoj to weight of plants which assists improvement of a phosphoric food of plants and increase of productivity and improvement of quality of production. It is worked out and registered Specification of Ukraine 24.1-00497360-004:2009 on manufacture of a microbic preparation of Polymyxobakterin and Specification of Ukraine 24.1-00497360-005:2009 on - Albobakterin.
