The aim of research - to develop a biological product on the basis of nitrogen-fixing bacteria of the kind Azospіrіllum for increase of efficiency of a mulberry. The methods of research - the microbiological, the biochemical, the agrochemical, the mathematical. On the basis of active strain Azospіrіllum brasilense 61, isolated from nodule-like structures on the roots, developed a new biological product Rizobrazin, the use of which allows to increase productivity and improve feed quality of mulberry leaves by increasing the content of protein, carbohydrates, lipids and minerals. The mechanism of interaction between A. brasіlense 61 and mulberry plants was studied. With the help of electron microscopy was demonstrated the ability of strain A. brasilense 61 to penetrate into the inner root tissues of mulberry, forming endophytic association with plants. The formation of such an association has a positive effect on plant growth and development. The field of using - the agriculture.
