The analytical dependence for calculation of the deformation parameters and metal forming at upset by the complex shaped tool was developed and obtained results have good convergence with experimental results.The quantitative data about the effect of the deformation conditions of forging on the mechanical properties of the metal were obtained by method of the physical modeling of forging.
