Thermal analysis of of high-chromium cast iron 28Х32Н3Ф and high-temperature strong chromium-nickel alloy "никорим" samples is carried out. Correction of receipt technology of rolling tool of new economically alloyed wear-resistance high-temperature strong alloys is carried out. For receipt of maximum hardness and wear-resistance details of high-chromium cast iron with chromium content 30-35% in industrial conditions recomends heat treatment which incluse austenitisation at 1050°C temperature with following isothermal soaking in intermediate temperature region (350°С).
