The temperature regimes of system Fe-C (carbonaceous steel and hypoeutectic cast iron) alloys solid-phase modification was determined. The calculation formulas for determination of temperature additional melt overheating in furnace for iron bar melt down which is the modifier were developed. Thermotemporal regime corrections of melting and casting of Fe-C-Cr alloys system in sandy and metal mould shapes were carried out. The temperature regimes of modification and priming of Fe-C-Cr alloys system was determined. Influence of melting process and overheating temperatures on casts structure and properties, which burdening is carried out severally on basic grey cast iron and basic white was determined.
