The change of degree of IV type radio bursts polarization in time was found by using URAN-2 radio telescope data. The dependence of the duration of the bursts in absorption on the location on the solar disk was found. The dispersion of the solar wind velocity beyond Earth's orbit was estimated by using IPS data from UTR-2 and URAN-2 radio telescopes. It was 60 %. The dependence between the solar wind parameters and the geomagnetic indices Ap and Dst was established. The correlation between the ionospheric scintillation index and the electron density in near Earth medium was found.
