A three-year database has been accumulated. An internet database access is organized through institute site. In long-term research efforts, the technique of polarization restoring the integrated intensity of global thunderstorm activity, as well as three main global pre-equatorial thunderstorm centers separately, has been developed. The high correlation between the characteristics of the upper ionosphere and its condition with the parameters of an ionospheric Alfven resonator is established. The connection of powerful weather disturbances with variations of cosmic-ray showers is analyzed, and the simplified model of a cyclonic front is proposed.
