The equation of motion for the leading points of the front is found. The behavior of the shock front moving both toward the interstellar medium and toward the molecular cloud is investigated. It is shown that the shock front undergoes self-acceleration and elongates toward the region of lower density. Observations of 13CO(J=1-0) spectral line radiation of the region of interaction of supernova remnant Kes79 with molecular clouds carried out. The structure of molecular clouds in the area of interaction and the evaluation of the radial density of matter in this direction is made. A new methanol maser (8_0-7_1 A+) discovered in the region of interaction of Kes79 shock front with a molecular cloud. The structure of molecular clouds towards the supernova remnants G43.3-0.2 and G22.7-0.2 is investigated. Physical parameters of the molecular material in these regions are studied. New independent estimation of the distance to the SNR G43.3-0.2 obtaned on the base of identification of individual components in the spectrum of 13CO molecule radiation with this SNR.
