In subarrays are applied antenna elements with the modernized vibrators on the basis of copper foil pipe with a plastic covering, and advanced antenna amplifiers with the improved parameters. The dynamic range of antenna amplifier achieves 98 dB due to intermodulation of 3-rd order at factor of amplification 14,5 dB. Analog phase of antenna arrays is carried out by discrete phase shifters with digital management. Key parameters of the phase shifter: a band of frequencies of 10-80 MHz; the matching with VSWR <1,4; a error of installation of a phase <5 % from settlement value; an isolation of channels > 30 dB in a working band of frequencies. The complex of the multichannel receiving-recording devices corresponding to 5 beams and 3 antennas in structure of a radio telescope of UTR2 is developed. Their synchronous work and universality of use is provided. Are offered and the approved new methods (of multibeams, of multiantennas), providing high sensitivity, a noise stability and reliability of identification of weak signals. With the help of the created hardware-software means and methods the new data about pulse, sporadic, monochromatic a low-frequency radio emission of the Sun, the Jupiter, Saturn, the interplanetary medium, the interstellar medium, pulsars, active stars, exoplanets and other objects of the universe are received.
