The purpose of investigation is the create base rules of forming nanodispersed oxide compounds (the oxides Ti, Fe, Zn, Al, Si, Ca, Co, Y, Ni) and based on these compounds composition materials, that can be used in various branches of chemical productions. The processes of getting of nanodisperse oxides of titanium, iron, zinc was analyzed, and kinetic characteristic in homogeneous hydrolysis was determined. The mathematics models of process formation solid phase were elaborated.
