Research target – scientific bases development of plant growing efficiency increase by means creation of novel diagnostic methods of physiological state of plants, purposeful regulation of plant development under ozone influence, biohumate and immunomodulators and use of raw plant material for production of pharmaceuticals and perfumery-cosmetic means. Research methods: chemical, biochemical, physical and chemical, biometric. Measurement method of two-submultiple plants leafs resistance on variable low-frequency current being independent characteristic of leaf tissue has been developed. It has been found that one-submultiple plant leafs of corn (C3) and ones of two-submultiple plants (C4) show different electric reaction on light exposition that is connected with biochemical pathways features of CO2 fixing and also with the difference in their anatomic structure. It has been established that preseeding ozonation of seeds intensifies growth of plants in which endogenous zeatin synthesis occurs mainly under AtIPT4 gene action by de novo way with the use of adenosine di- and triphosphates. Other plants are inhibited by ozonation in their growth. Seeds treatment by biohumate activates enzyme and phytohormonal systems of plant cells, decreases negative action of hyperthermy on accumulation of plant biomass and accelerates photosynthesis. New synthetic routes to 1-alkyl-3-aminopyrrole-2,5-diones have been developed and general mechanism of their formation has been established. Composition for preseeding treatment of corn seeds based on these compounds has been proposed. That allows to reduce by 30% the sterilizatior expense with simultaneous preservation of fungicidal activity, growth processes stimulation and productivity increase. Preparation technologies of cholesterol and lanosterol from lanolin and liposomic cream from egg yolk have been developed. TC project for production of alcoholico-glyceric herbal extracts from vegetative raw materials has been worked out. Fields of usage: researches and developments in the area of natural sciences, rendering of services for plant growing, agrochemical products manufacture, vegetable growing, producing of pharmaceuticals.
