Fatty acid patterns of transgenic plants transformed with DesC-LicBM3, DesA-LicBM3 and of the both genes cell membrane extracts was studied. The most differ from the control was observed in extracts of DesA-LicBM3 and double transformed plants. The difference in electrolyte leakage and malonic dialdehyde was showed among several experimental and control lines.
