In southern Ukraine, created an intensive dairy herd type of absorption by crossing red steppe (parent) and black spotted Holstein breeds. Obtained local livestock animals became the basis for development of the southern interbreed type of the Ukrainian black spotted dairy breeds, approved in 2005. Basic farm for breeding southern type is created SERF "Askaniyskoe" regions of Kherson Oblast, where buhayevidtvornu group of cows selected 63 head. Average productivity for the best lactation cows is 7270 ± 74,96 kg of milk fat 4,30 ± 0,006%, milk fat 298 ± 4,06 kg containing bilka3, 1 ± 0,07%. Live weight of cows povnovikovyh 562 ± 6,37 kg.
