It is determined that the contents of sialic acids in the lochias, their pH and extensibility are diagnostic and laboratory indicators of the acute form cow's subinvolution of uterus .The transrectal laser irradiation of uterus and clitoris is offered to diagnose the subclinical endometritis of cows. The research of pH lolochias of cows suffering from endometritis, affords the opportunity to choose the optimal scheme of this pathology treatment.
