Research purpose: determination of development principles and the financial system functioning, mechanisms of interests agreement of separate subjects of financial relations and criteria of the optimal correlation at development of separate constituents of the financial system, and also the ground of conceptual bases of strategy and tactics of her restructuring in post-industrial society with the purpose of creation of financial pre-conditions for the permanent economic increase of country. Research methods: dialectics and historical method; approach of the systems; structurally-logical analysis; analogy and quantitative and high-quality comparison; analysis and synthesis and graphic methods of research. Theoretical positions extend and perfect the knowledge in relation of the financial system and co-ordination of processes of its functioning. The practical value of the results consists in development of the recommendations in relation for forming the powerful, balanced and effective financial system of Ukraine, directions of her restructuring and in determination of conceptual principles of financial strategy of our country, sent to providing of speed-up economic increase in post-industrial society. Scientifical and practical conclusions and suggestions enable to promote efficiency of functioning of the financial system on basis, from one side, providing of more complete present mobilization in financial resources society and balanced their placing in the real and financial sectors of economy, and on the other hand, optimization of distribution-redistribution relations in post-industrial society. The substantive provisions of research are inculcated in educational process in teaching the disciplines "Finances", "Money and credit", "Budgetary system", "Tax system", "Banking system", "Financial activity of menage subjects", "Financial management". The results can be recommended for Ministry of finance of Ukraine, National bank of Ukraine, State tax administration, Department of education and science, young people and sport of Ukraine for using in preparation the specialists in the sphere of finances and credit, and also for enterprises and organizations of machine-building industry, power industry of Ukraine, financial agents and separate domestic enterprises.
