Subject of inquiry is the healthcare system in social relations in Ukraine. Subject matter is the innovation mechanisms of healthcare funding under conditions of post-crisis economy's restoration. The goal of the research is the development of the methodological basis for determination of healthcare system's influence on the social development and formation of proposals for healthcare funding mechanisms implementation under conditions of post-crisis economy's restoration. Research methods are: systematic, econometric, statistic, analysis and synthesis. Theoretical and practical results are: the healthcare system's main point, its interaction with the economy and the role in the social development are revealed; the condition of population health is described; trends in the provision of population of Ukraine with medical aid and medical services are revealed; modern challenges and key problems of healthcare system are defined; the comparative analysis of funding mechanisms for different healthcare systems is realized; the budget funding healthcare system in force in Ukraine is analysed; its problems in the part of stationary medical aid are discovered, methodical approaches to the improvement of its funding are proved; the analysis of foreign experience of obligatory medical insurance realization, the world practice of medical insurance, the prospect of private medical insurance development in Ukraine is carried out; methods of financial regulation of excess to medical services in the context of social capital accumulation are searched; approaches to the modernization of healthcare funding mechanisms on the basis of public-private partnership are suggested; innovation mechanisms of healthcare system's reformation are proved as well. . The practical significance of research lies in a possibility of use by central state bodies its conclusions and proposals concerning innovation mechanisms of healthcare funding in the practice of public management. The results have been given to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to use in its activity.
