For this purpose it is necessary to estimate the technical state as of technical equipment, so of building constructions that provide reliability of exploitation of NPP. In the conditions of deficit of budgetary finances, development of quantitative methodology of diagnostics and estimation of the technical state of constructions, that provides reliable estimations at a minimum of expenses, is needed. Next tasks are decided in current work: general regulations, principle of calculation and methodology of decision of tasks of diagnostics, estimation of reliability and monitoring of reinforce-concrete constructions of NPP, quantitative methodology of diagnostics of reinforce-concrete constructions, that allows to define the parameters of control, locations of control, amount of tests for the estimation of the technical state; methodology of estimation of reliability of responsible constructions of NPP taking into account a vagueness and subjective (human) factor; project of normative document on diagnostics, estimation of reliability and monitoring of reinforce-concrete constructions of NPP was developed.
