A research purpose is the exposures of potential of subjective factor for overcoming the disorganization in society and the dominating of the organization's processes and creation of society and its constituents as an integral system. Research methods - dialectical, logical, systems analysis, decomposition. The following results were got in the total. There was conducted correlation between morality and space-bio-psycho-social nature of man and his active - axiological essence. There firstly in the nation's social - philosophical literature the exactly existential character of morality was proved - as one of the universal methods of "designing" by people of themselves and its reference points, of production its values as well as its mechanisms and means; there was shown that the answers of morality to the challenges of epoch are resulting in the generation and development of existenzials by morality. Existenzials are simultaneously humanistic values (for example, spirituality, freedom, etc.) and prominent landmarks of the sustainable being of society in a global world order. On the base of the existential content of morality its purpose-directing role in regard to sustainability of modern social development was opened. There also was marked activation of ethnic and religious values as a factor of self-determination and cultural autonomy of communities and individuals in the process of global transformation. There was found that the effect of assimilation on the mentality of the ethnic group is realized with a large time lag than the effect of behavioral and language practices. There was fixed the following directions of forming of the political elite and the democratization of Ukrainian society as a warning of oligarchization of elites and prevention of their alienation from the masses and transformation into a closed dominating privileged layer. The problems of the modern environmental education and its relationship to the concept of sustainable development of society were explored and notions of "ecological culture and ecological culture of personality" were analyzed. There were determined the structure of ecological consciousness, ecological imperative, as well as leading tasks of environmental education in higher school and ways of forming an environmental culture in the learning process.
