The method of a substantiation both regulation of duration and cost of complex reconstruction of inhabited building is developed by a choice of the rational organizational and technological decisions ensuring minimal cost and the maximal gain of the general (inhabited) area, which is based on quantitative measurement organizational and technological both economic forces and revealing of laws of their influence on technical and economic parameters of projects.
