This purpose was required by the decision of tasks: 1) creation of model of optimal influence of financially-bank system on the different spheres of social life; 2) the recommendations for the National Bank of Ukraine of forming and confirming the trust to the banking system of Ukraine. A research object is the influence of the bank systems on political, legal, moral, social-psychological spheres of society.
