Objective: To develop new, more advanced cultivation technologies in connection with climate change in different soil and climatic conditions of the steppe zone. Research Methods: Field, laboratory, computational, statistical and other novelty of this research: first for the steppe zone science-based zoning, adapted to soil and climatic conditions, resource-saving, high-growth technology of winter crops. The research results: received yields of food and fodder grain of winter wheat tender - 4,5-8,8 t / ha; solid - 3,8-5,5 t / ha of triticale - 5,5-6,5 t / ha; barley - 4,5-6,0 t / ha of rye - 4,5-5,5 t / ha.
