There are studied the methods of expert evaluation of current condition and complex anthropogenic different levels systems behaviour prediction, data sets and metadata for a fully-fledged investigation of risk factors and threats for investigated systems . A methodology of development scenarios construction for studied systems is developed on the basis of the existing heuristic methods, procedures and approaches, the list of threats and risks factors and risks for investigated systems and the adjusted model of sustainable development measurement . The created algorithms and software packages are integrated into the distributed information-analytical system.
