The experimental and computer simulation methods are used for estimation of diffusive processes and local chemical and phase transformation role on formation of clusters and their stability in structure of liquid and amorphous alloys. Obtained in such way data are analyzed for estimation of possibilities for improving of solidificated alloys via influence on cluster distribution.
