The objective is to improve the dynamic characteristics of vibration machines with unbalanced drive and expand the possibilities for the practical use of the selfsynchronisation phenomenon of unbalanced vibration exciters in machines and devices. Theoretical analysis of the process of passing the resonance zone by vibration exciter rotor machine with a plane character of the working body motion was carried out by the method of successive approximations in combination with the method of direct separation of motions. The expression for the vibrating moment acting on the exciter's rotor during it's passing the resonance zone and frequencies of semi-flow oscillation of its angular velocity were obtained. The mathematical models, software and carried out and numerical simulation of dynamic processes at start of vibration machine with account of intereffect of oscillations in mechanical systems and electromagnetic conditions in asynchronous engine was performed. Numerical integration of differential equations of motion and equations of electromagnetic condition of asynchronic engine was made by Runge- Kutta's method with using the mathematical package Maple 10. Comparison of the dynamics of vibration machines at different models of asynchronous engine was performed. The influence of parameters of vibration machine upon the dynamics of it's acceleration was determined. The process of run-up of vibro-machine in the case of double start-up of vibration engine was investigated. Practical recommendations for reduction of resonance oscillations during the start of machine and for decrease of the necessary electric engine power were offered. With help of integral stability criterion of synchronous movements the problem of selfsynchronisation of any number almost identical vibroexciters, located on the rigid body with one "progressive" degree of freedom. The method of direct separation of motions considered double vibroexciters's selfsynchronisation, symmetrically placed on rigid body, which can make a plane oscillations. Numerical simulation of vibroexciters's selfsynchronisation with account the dynamic characteristics of electric engines was performed. Recommendations for practical application of two-digital vibroexciter's selfsynchronisation effect are provided. Obtained results can be directly used for development of higheffective vibration technic, including the development of vibromashines with several selfsynchronisation exciters and machines with biharmonical character's of oscillation of working body.
