The analysis of the systems ecological taxation of the developed countries is conducted. The features of production of ecological tax are investigational in the conditions of going into effect the Internal Revenue Code of Ukraine. The estimation of effectiveness of ecological taxation is conducted in Ukraine in four aspects: fiscal, economic, ecological and social. In works are estimated to corrective coefficients on a scale depending on the volumes under limit suffered discharge of polluted waters into surfaced water objects and volumes under limit waste disposal, which will allow to provide enterprises, establishments, to organizations financial stimuli to maintenance within the limits of the ratified limits on contamination of natural environment and observance of norms of current legislation in relation to norms maximum possible discharge of polluted waters into water objects and volumes under limit waste disposal.
