The base information of quantity indicators of power consumption of organic substance of soils is received. Laws of transformation of qualitative structure of organic substance of soils and change of their power potentials are defined at various systems of fertilizer and at various processings of soil. Are developed a technique preparation allocation substances of humus from materials of an organic origin and a technique of definition of an energy potential of soils, substances of humus and vegetative production by a calorimetric method. The power potential of a local source of raw materials of a various origin and preparations humin acids, ecstraction from them is quantitatively defined that states an objective estimation potential fertilizer and meliorative properties of local raw materials. Concerning application of collateral production of plant growing as fertilizers and the technology is developed for reproduction humus conditions of soils. Efficiency - power expenses for manufacture of one fodder unit decrease at straw use in 1,7-2,5 times in comparison with manure. Replacement of manure with straw allows to save on 1 hectare 0,52-0,86 people/hour On the average recycling соломи in agriculture provides reception from 5 to 10 grn in profit on everyone spent gryvnu.
