It is set that at the agricultural use of the dried soils it is necessary to plug such positions in the modern system of agriculture: leadingout of the poor drained soils from agricultural lands and them planting-out; the use of peat of soils is in a grass crop rotation; to conduct the calculations of doses of bringing of mineral fertilizers a balance method on the planned productivity taking into account the coefficients of the use of nutritives from soil and fertilizers; to decrease intensity of basic till of soil; adjusting of the water mode of soil must be carried out during throughout the year in accordance with the requirements of agricultural cultures and ecology of environment; to show out of the agricultural use all of peatbogs which are in the use of unprofitable economies. The method of determination of cost estimation of the dried earths, which takes into account determination of groups, is developed, leadthroughs of calculation of cost of the differential rent profit from a 1 hectare in the cut of agricultural lands, calculation of cost of general money estimation of agricultural lands of the dried earths, determinations of their mark of bonitet, draftings of scale of money estimation of groups, calculation of money estimation of separate lot land, determinations of coefficient concretely to every area, of money estimation of lot lands taking into account the coefficient of the state.
