The development item is the creation of mathematical, algorithmic and software instrumental complex of decision-making support to optimize the welding technologies, based on a scenario approach methods, modern methods of statistical estimation, expert analysis and decision-making support methods. The subjects of research are indicators of welding technologies in the manufacture of sections and the performance of the hull erection joints at the stage of process-layout preparation for fabrication. The main results of the project A methodology for optimization of the processing procedures of the hull erection joints cutting and welding in block assembly method is developed. The math-based and software-algorithmic environment of automation of process-layout preparation for welding fabrication is developed, taking into account the influence of shipbuilding facility organizational and technological factors. The instructional materials for selection of optimum technology of hull erection joints cutting and welding under the condition of cost minimization are developed. The structure, determining the content of a systems approach to analyzing the ship hull production (SHP) problems and implementing the scheme: "the problems of SHP quantitative and qualitative analysis" - "the methods of SHP problems quantitative and qualitative analysis" - "SHP control models" is developed for the first time. The model representing two-component asymmetric mixture of probability distributions is developed to solve the problem of estimating the values of welding technologies labor content; the methods of robust statistics and the bootstrap procedures allowed to obtain stable and efficient labor content estimations were used and studied for estimating model parameters. The method for calculating and estimating the complex index of welding technology effectiveness using the nonparametric hypothesis testing is proposed and developed.
