The processes in the resonant converters were investigated. The mathematic model for resonant converters with the active resonant circuit were developed for the following cases: real time; discrete time; amplitude, width and frequency modulations. Central wording were obtained. Static and dynamic characteristics were calculated, dynamic models for resonant converters were worked out, regulators were designed. Width-frequency control systems were designed. Suggestions on designing and using resonant converters with width-frequency control were given. Electromagnetic processes in the resonant converters with phase regulation have been investigated. The mathematic and dynamic models of resonant converters with phase regulation have been developed; static and dynamic characteristics have been calculated. The analytical dependence of switching frequency on phase shift between resonant current and voltage of the inverter have been received. It allows estimating influence of parameters of the resonant contour and loading on the converters regulation range. The converters microprocessor control system, wich realizing phase regulation have been elaborated.
