The technical state of building constructions is estimated on the basis of analysis of materials of inspection and checking calculations taking into account the defects and damages educed at an inspection, with clarification of quality and durability of materials. On the basis of results of the conducted inspection a conclusion is worked out about the technical state of constructions, measures which must be executed for providing of their service ability are offered.
