In order to explain the experimental results a model in terms of Langevin supermagnetism has been suggested. Functions of cluster distribution by the value of their magnetic moments have been charted. The impact of proton irradiation and -quanta on the electrical conductivity and magnetoresistance of the investigated crystals is studied. It is established that at the low irradiation doses the changes observed are connected with rearrangement of electrical active defects in the impurity region of the crystals, while high irradiation doses lead to the formation of defective region, resulting in significant increase in the resistance of the crystals.
