The atomic-scale model of the radiation-structural changes observed for the As2S(Se)3-based glasses is presented on the basis of the experimental results obtained using high-energy synchrotron x-ray diffraction, extended x-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy, conventional x-ray diffraction in application to the first sharp diffraction peak, positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy and static magnetochemistry (magnetic susceptibility measurements) methods. The recommendation for utilizing the results obtained on the investigation of atomic- and void-species nanostructure in the silver-containing chalcogenide glasses for device application in batteries and magnetic sensors is developed.
