It was demonstrated that strain variability of physiological peculiarities in border of species displayed in different level of biomass yield during the growth on synthetic nutritive media with different sources of carbon and nitrogen. It was investigated the chemical composition of mycelia of new introduced strains. It was investigated the influence of light on viable of new introduced strains. Obtained results allowed to determine the influence of low intensive light from different sources on line growth and biomass yield of different macromycete species. The growth coefficient of radiated mycelia was in 2-3 higher than in control thanks to the formation of dense mycelia. The radiation promoted decrease of time for fructification and increase of the yield. It was elaborated spectral methods of viable estimation of strain macromycete. First it was demonstrated antibacterial activity of mixture cultural liquid with biomass for 6 strains of G. applanatum against methicilin sensitive and methicilin resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis АТСС 6633. It was estimated the antioxidant activity ( AOA) of cultural liquid of G. applanatum strains in conditions of static cultivation and selected strains with highest indexes of AOA which exceed AOA of ascorbic acid in 2-2,5 times.
