The algorithm of modification of the disperse composition and spatial mesostructure of dense polydisperse packing of particles is developed for the reverse Monte Carlo method on the base of the configuration's modification in the rarefied packing and the next deposition of particles. The principal constructive parameters are calculated and the construction of the prototype of the light diffuse reflection sensor for the analysis of the powder materials' spatial mesostructure is developed. The estimation technique for the quality of the radiation reflected from cylindrical particles set is developed on the base of optimizing algorithm for the basic sample's disperse composition and corresponding mathematical support taking into account the complex refractive index of the surface layers' material.
