The significant contribution of the Gli-B1 locus in the manifestation of productivity traits and the role of interaction of the loci Gli-B1 and Gli-D1 in the manifestation of productivity traits were revealed. The genotype-environment interaction in the manifestation of productivity traits was detected. Effects of the Gli-B1 locus differed for the populations grown in different localities (the Steppe, the Forest-Steppe). The model in the form of regression equations describing productivity traits as a function of invironmental conditions was developed.
