The data base of genetic formulaes of samples of Triticale (27 samples), Triticum dicoccum (55 samples), Triticum spelta (16 samples) was compiled. Genotypes of common wheat lines from crosses with synthetic hexaploids (30 spring and 7 winter lines) were identified. Lines with storage protein alleles from Ae. tauschii were detected. Winter common varieties of modern breeding from the world collection were characterized with respect to gliadin loci.
