This analysis has shown, that there are basically fine suspended solids and mineral oil in this water. Non-uniform character of ingress of this category of sewage and big fluctuation of concentration of pollution causes complexity and considerable cost of treatment. Efficiency of application of clarifying centrifuges for removal of suspended solids from superficial-storm water, and also efficiency of filters with foam polyurethane loading for removal of mineral oil is proved. The mathematical model of removal process from water of suspended solids in clarifying centrifuge which considers influence on treatment effect and device capacity of technological and design data, including, constructive decisions of a supply and export of clarified water, a way of the organisation of a stream of water in centrifuge sections, and also washout of parts of the suspension which have settled on a surface of sedimentation is developed. Recommendations about definition of rational technological and design data of clarifying centrifuge providing necessary effect of clearing of suspended solids at the minimum power expenses are developed. Reliability of results of theoretical researches is confirmed by satisfactory convergence with experimental data. The technological scheme of treatment of superficial-storm water which includes the compact and effective constructions providing necessary quality of treatment of suspended solids and mineral oil with possibility of regulation of parametres of treatment process is developed. The developed scheme of superficial-storm water treatment gives the chance not only to improve an ecological condition of reservoirs, but also to use the cleared superficial sewage for industrial needs and needs of fire-fighting.
