Theoretical approaches and practical methodology of enterprises activity increasing, financial diagnostics, estimation of enterprise and intellectual potential of companies are investigated. b). Influence of financial crisis on economic activity of enterprises of different patterns of ownership is determined: problems are formulated and ways of their solving are worked out. c). The peculiarities of the administrative consulting at the building market and in the sphere of the mortgage crediting in the conditions of financial and economic crisis are analyzed. d).Basic directions of overcoming of consequences of the crisis in building industry are offered: - activation of innovative and investment activity; - management of enterprise risk; - management of intellectual capital; - management of logistic costs; - approaches to forming of demand and supply at the market of housing. Special attention in research is paid to the using of IT-methodologies and IT-strategies in analysis and reengineering of business processes of companies. As a result of research methodology of improvement of methods of analysis, diagnostics and management of enterprises activity in modern terms was worked out and implemented in educational process.
