Providing of safety of conduct of works on a reconstruction in the conditions of exception of application of hand labour is a very aktual'nym task. Decision of it possibly by development and creation of new variants of facilities mechanizations which provide the increase of efficiency of works at sorting out of buildings and buildings. Control the system safety of labour (SUBT) is improved, it will give possibility to satisfy strength of labour security, and also to promote the labour productivity at implementation of works on sorting out of buildings and buildings, and on the whole, buildings and installation works. Flowsheets are developed on implementation of build works with concrete development of facilities of safety and mechanization. That will allow to reduce the terms of their implementation and economize expenses due to the improvement of terms and safety of labour on build objects. The presented flowsheet can be utillized after their attachment and on other build objects, and the developed program "ANALIZ-R" operatively to obtain information about the state of labour of technological process protection, to develop measures on the prophylaxis of production traumatism. Complex going near organization of safe terms of labour at the reconstruction of industrial buildings with a basic production which operates, that is realized in SUBT, allows yet on the stage of planning to decide present unsolved tasks on a labour protection. Introduction in work of SUBT of the rivers, (in the section of "Planning and financing of measures on a labour protection") methods of complex expert estimation of terms of labour and complex estimation of safety of labour, and also bank engineer - technical decisions which are confirmed the patents of Ukraine, automated program "ANALIZ-R" allow to promote safety of implementation of works and improve the terms of labour of workers-builders, carrying out BMR at the reconstruction of industrial buildings on an operating production.
