Object of research - processes of diffusion welding (DW) and weldings-rations with pressure (WRP) with modifying and alloying of surfaces by processing LHEB. Subject - structure, composition and properties of the modified and alloyed surfaces of steels 10895, 12Х18Н10Т and heat resisting nickel alloy ЧС88У-ВИ, and also their connections. It is shown that processing LHEB of the investigated materials, thanks to formation of submicrocrystalline structure, on separate sites nanostructure, to increase of density of dispositions to 2·1011 sm-2 and a high voltage of 3rd sort (to 3500...3700 МPа), provides activation of surfaces of connection. Thus, to formation of welded connection promote as effects of modifying, and plastic deformation, in particular structural alloy ЧС88У-ВИ if DW to result with thermocycling. For the first time it is established that application LHEB for processing of a surface of a heat resisting alloy with preliminary put layer of alloying element allows to alloy a blanket zirconium, hafnium etc. This layer carries out a role of solder or a layer which is melted at DW. It is established that electron-beam processing (EBP) allows to lower parameters of mode DW, in particular temperature in comparison with recommended in the literature and to provide mechanical properties of connections according to Technical requirements.
