The allelic composition of dwarfing genes detected in 141 varieties of winter bread wheat from different breeding centers of Ukraine and Russia, and in anologue lines that differ by plant height. There were shown the effects of alleles of dwarfing genes and their complex on agronomically important traits. The linkage inheritance of Rht8с and Ppd-D1a genes was shown on the example of lines-analogues of bread wheat.
