Purpose of work - to ground the systems of the mechanized technologies, parameters of technological processes and technical equipment with adaptation to the international system of quality of ISO 9001. A research method includes application of methods of mathematical and physical design of analysis of the systems and experimental researches. The technological process of making of albuminous vitamin additions of animal origin is improved taking into account influence on the ecological state of environment. Methodology is developed and the systems of technologies are optimized, parameters of technological processes and hardwares for providing sterns on the farms of cattle. Project suggestion is developed on a production ecologically of clean bioactive additions. The parameters of the mechanized technologies and hardwares are grounded for preparation and distribution of moist forages on stock-raising farms.
