The regularities of the influence of chemical composition and technological parameters of casting on the development of stress-strain state of bimetallic castings are studied. The quantitative regularities of the influence of structural parameters and operating conditions on the abrasive wear resistance of bimetallic castings are determined. The algorithms of computer programs for calculating performance characteristics and optimization of technological parameters of manufacturing of bimetallic castings with predictable properties are shown. The results of pilot test of designed computer programs are presented.
