Performed works were aimed at the experimental research of prototype VLSIC of readout from the photodiode matrix size 128x128 in the thermal imager, as well as at the creation of software and metrological support for the control of electrical parameters (characteristics) of readout circuits in normal climatic conditions and at cryogenic temperatures.
