The aim of the work: the elaboration of the methods of controlling formation of nanoparticles and nanosystems with specified structure and properties on atomic and molecular level. This elaboration based on investigation of physical regularities and mechanisms of nanostructure formation. The methods of researching: scanning probe microscopy. The equipment: scanning tunneling microscope and atomic force microscope. The liquid technology of reception of monolayer films of long chain aliphatic and aromatic compounds and their derivatives was developed. The adaptation of scanning tunneling microscope in liquid interface was carried out. The structures of packing of monolayers of normal paraffins, organic saturated acids and aromatic compounds were established by STM. The STM-results have permitted us to establish the dependence of structure and organic films morphology from the technological parameters of preparation (concentration, solution temperature) and from the type of substrate and surface temperature. The novelty is the creation of new classes of interfaces with new properties. The application field are molecular electronic, micro- and nanoelectronic.
