Using this technology nanostructure films of Fu, AG, and Pd have been synthesized. Morphology of the films has been studied by means of raster electron microscope. The films of Au and Ag have island structure with typical size 30 to 150 nm depending on the Pd films technological conditions. The Pd films were both in the form of islands and with rough surface 30 - 80 nm. Value and sine nonlinear-optical susceptibility ((?=532nm, ?=10nm). Have been obtained for Au ?(3) = -4*10-5 esu and Pd rough films ?(3) = -3*10-5esu. Pd and Cu films synthesid now did not show high optical nonlinearity at ?=532nm and light intensity lowe damage threshhod. Theoretical studies of sound generation by means of ultra-fast laser pulses (1) as well as monochromatic laser radiation modulated by acoustic wave (2) depending on size of the particles and their position on the surface or in the volume of the substrate. It was shown that in the first case the form of the acoustic pulse in the matrix is connected with dynamic electron temperature in metal particle. It makes it possible to study relaxation processes of the hot electrons from acoustic signal form. In the second case it was observed high sensitivity of the acoustic wave amplitude upon metal particles form and polarization of laser radiation.
